Since this is my first year, I really don't have much to compare it to but I really catch an earful everytime I call a player control foul. I thought that I was doing something wrong so I made it a point of asking senior officials who were my partner or were waiting for the next game if they felt each one was a good call. I looked at videotape that my wife shot at some games, everything looked good. Still, fans, coaches and players go crazy. Personally I feel like I'm on top of the world when I KNOW that I made a good bam-bam block/charge call. I guess that people need to be demonstrative to cover their frustrations.

Re: okay, back to the topic...
But in this case, I think the calls concerning the block/charge are penalizing the offense.
I am not sure what you mean that the block/charge is penalizing the offense. Could you explain this in more detail please.
