Intentional foul

Team A is losing near the end of the game and is on defense and the bench is yelling to "foul her". A1 does so in a legitimate way by going for the ball and hits her arm. Coach from Team B wants a technical for the fact that Team A is yelling to foul a player. Game was a blowout and I just told coach I wasnt listening to their commnets. Game ended up with no problems. Seems to me I have heard of some tech being called for that but cant find it in the book. Any ideas?
