double foul, do we use possession arrow to determine who gets the inbound? what about defensive and offensive violations during a free throw, possession arrow for inbound?

Double Fouls

FED: arrow
NCAA: (personal) team in control
(technical) arrow.

Double FT violatons

FED and NCAA: arrow.

Additionally, if there's no team control at time of foul, use the arrow.
