F - The home team must wear white when playing at home beginniing with the 2--7-08 season.

Rational - Does not have to be just "when playing at home" rather the home team on neutral sites (tournaments ) also.

Am I correct?

That would be my expectation.

Never read into a test question, take it as it is written. The answer is true.;)

It doesn't say that they don't have to wear white at a neutral site. All it says is, when you're playing at home, you have to wear white. And that's true.

This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. "Must wear white."

This bold of a statement is nothing but the Fed trying to exercise it's muscle on something that does nothing to improve the game of basketball.

No, this is a pretty good move actually. More and more teams have gone to light gray, light blue, light yellow etc. over the past few years for their home uniforms. I can remember two games last year where the home and away colors did not contrast enough. Reffing a powder blue home team vs. a sky blue away team is not ideal. They are giving teams four years to come into compliance to accomodate the teams that just recently bought new uniforms.

I agree. I see this with gray unis and also with gold unis at home. Can get distracting.

Put my vote in the "yea" category.

Gold is "home" for some/"away" for others. When they play...what a mess!

White is (and should be) everyone's "home" color!

I once worked a game between a home team wearing white and the visiting team wearing a very light grey. It was a very challenging night. Got the color mixed up more than once that night.

Oh boy, I hope not.
