Question #96 on the NFHS test: It is a violation if A1 dribbles, fumbles and then dribbles again. Is this true or false. I believe true according to 4-15-4 of the Simplified and Illustrated book.

Thanks,

Shont

You can fumble, dribble and fumble but you cannot dribble, fumble and dribble.

For A1 to have fumbled after dribbling, the dribble had to have ended (otherwise it would have just been an interrupted dribble). When A1 dribbled again, violation.
