Am I correct in that during a substitution for a disqualified player the coach gets the full 30 seconds to put in a replacement? The 20 second warning horn will still be given, but if a substitute has not reported by then they still have 10 seconds to do so. However, during a timeout if the coach wants to sub someone in, they must have reported by the warning horn. Any time after that the substitution is not allowed.
