The question is " Both the foul and violation are penalized if, during a try for a field goal by A1, B1 fouls A1 and B2 commits basket interference."

The answer is true but where is it in the rule Book????

Rule 6-7. The ball is still live since B1 fouled A1.

4-6 or 9-11. Since the ball is still live Basket Interference can still happen.

NFHS: Check rulebook 6.7.7 page 48 and read the exceptions. Also casebook play 4.19.6 SIT. C
