A1 commits his 5th foul. Both teams huddle on sidline with coaches. After being notified team A now has 30 seconds to replace the disqualified player. After 10 seconds, A6 reports to the table. Does team A still have the remaining 20 seconds to strategize?

In other words, if the coach were smart (excuse me for a second), he'd send the sub in at 29.9 seconds.
