I've got false for this answer using 7-5-1a Which states that it is permissible to put the ball on the floor following a Time out if team A does not take a position to throw in the ball.

Not sure which point NFHS is trying to make here. The question is false, but perhaps because they are trying to emphasize that it's acceptable for the official to bounce the ball to the thrower on the sideline. ??
