Question 45.Does anyone have a reference for that question?

What's the question?

The official should always hand the ball to the thrower for a throw-in unless the throw-in is from outside an end line following a successful goal or awarded goal.

I've got false for this answer using 7-5-1a Which states that it is permissible to put the ball on the floor following a Time out if team A does not take a position to throw in the ball.

Not sure which point NFHS is trying to make here. The question is false, but perhaps because they are trying to emphasize that it's acceptable for the official to bounce the ball to the thrower on the sideline. ??
