If you have to contract with a school as opposed to using an assignor. Do you find it as a disadvantage becuase you see the same players week in and week out?

How many schools do you have a contract with?

I work many schools in a relatively large area, and I find it to my advantage to see as many different schools as possible.

I schedule mostly with the schools, but even when I go through an assignor, I use a simple rule.

I wil do no more than three games in one year for that level/team. I will go to some school many time throughout the year, but will vary the levels, so that I don't get the same team.
