What is the ruling of hitting a player off the head with a basketball. I know its legal to hit them in the foot, but is the head legal? Also are any other spots legal?

What do you mean "legal" to hit a players head?

Nothing in the act of being hit on a body part in and of itself is illegal, except for the act of kicking. Which is actually a player hitting the ball with his body, not the ball hitting the player.

What play do you have in mind?

Do you mean intentionally throwing the ball at a player's head? If so, that could certainly be a technical foul.

If you are talking And 1 moves, NONE of them are legal.
