I think it was produced by a bunch of coaches.

The one about the block/charge was a very informative one.

I only suggest that someone re-make it for this day and age with the players wearing shorts that reach down to their knees or just above their knees ;)

Except for the play which states that the screener must give a moving opponent two strides, while showing a play in which the player clearly takes two big steps before the collision, but then states that it is a blocking foul!

And those are shorts what they where now are called knickers!

Heavens no! I would never suggest that football refs wear womens underwear. At least not out loud :D
