My players and I have noticed in watching some college games this year that when teams line up for free throws, they no longer stay off the hash marks along the lane. Are these no longer being used. Is this rule different in high school than in higher levels. Any insight would be appreciated.

College only, First player can use the whole Block.
Hashes remain the same. It was a trial last year, and a rule this year, as I understand it.
