Good website for beginning or youth league refs

The NBA's Junior NBA program has an introductory webpage for prospective Jr. NBA officials that has some good advice for any beginning refs or refs who work predominantly in youth leagues. The site is http://www.nba.com/jrnba/officials/o...roduction.html

I particularly like Section 15, Seven Basketball Rules Myths, which should be required reading before posting on this site, especially for fans.

I never knew that one of the leagues i officiate for is in this. Also, those myths are great, the interpreter for my board went through the a few meetings ago, it would help if parents and coaches read through this, because most of the complaints/questions from the fans i get have to do with these 7 points.

I didn't look at much of the website, but you're right about the Section 15. It's very, very good. I wish it had something about 3 seconds, though. I wonder how to get copies of this to distribute to various sources.
