If A1 unintentionally leaves his or her front court and is out-of-bounds, then returns in-bounds and establishes two feet on the ground, can he or she immediately receive a pass or rebound? I cannot find this rule in the book. Thanks!

Also, are there any restrictions as to when a team can call time out (other than if they have run out of time outs-technica- or if the other team has the ball. ie foul shots

A player is inbound if they are touching inbounds (with any part of their body) and not touching OOB. If they are in the air, they are considered to be where they were. There is no need to "establish two feet". If a player is inbounds, they may always receive the ball (pass, rebound, fumble, etc.)

In other words, as soon as player touches one foot down inbounds and the other foot is not touching OOB, they are inbounds.

Generally, a timeout can be granted during any dead ball or when any player of the requesting team is holding or dribbling a live ball.

A timeout should not be immediately granted when a foul is being reported to the table or a player needs to be replace due to disqualification or injury. Those timeout requests can be recognized and offically granted when the report or required substitution is completed.
