How do I get my hands on an NCAA mechanics book? Does one exist? I've looked on the NCAA site and numerous other online outlets.

Go honigs website and look under the basketball section for the study aides icon, and you will find them there. Normally sell for right around $10.

I have found rule books, but no mechanics books. Does the NCAA publish a separate mechanics book like the NFHS does?

The mechanics books are published by the CCA, not the NCAA.
