Player "A" has the ball w/no dribble. Defensive player "B" is right up on him. Player "A" then pushes "B" to get some room. According to NFHS this would be a PC foul and would not shoot FT, correct?

I should know this but it happend in a game this weekend and I was second guessing myself.

Yes, it would be a player control foul and no Free Throws would be shot.
