Call definitely had impact on outcome. Shot by B was good. I could have (a)had "no call" in which case basket good and B wins or (2) called foul on A, B goes to line for 2 with potential to tie or win. I don't think, under the circumstances with no time on clock, I would be criticized for calling a travel instead of a jump ball.
