NCAA Rule Change

Effective 01/01/01, the NCAA will change the rule regarding resetting the shot clock. If the team in control / posession of the ball commits a technical foul (other than flagrant), the other team will shoot the throw(s), and play will resume without resetting the shot clock.

Thanks for the heads up and the website. I checked it out and found some other memos from Hank Nichols that clarified the question of end game mechanics ie when you can run off and when you can't-check his memo of 14 Jan 2000
