A1 received the ball with each foot inside & outside of the arc. He lifted his inside foot & then shoot. Basket was good, 2 or 3 pt. Pls advice

3 pts if he just lifted the foot foot inside the arc and shoot without jumping or if he lifted the inside foot and it was clearly discernable that it was lifted prior to jumping off the outside foot. If the lifting all looked like part of the jumping motion, I would be inclined to give just 2
