What game did Big Joe have?

I was at Target Center for a class 2A q-final. My first tourney game as well as both my partners... the game was easy and everything went very smooth.

Finally, they moved to 3-person!!!

Big Joe worked the 2A 3rd Place Game, I worked a 3A Semi. I, too, am glad to have worked 3 Person. Happy to hear your game went well. Did you have Breck? Or the 2 Point thriller? Or a different game...

Congrats on your first tourney appearance.

I did have Breck in the quarters.

Congrats to you on the semi game ...if all went well (and I'm sure it did) you know what that means for next year ...

Did Breck win or lose? My sister in law teaches there is why I am curious. she is currently in France, I'll let her know.

They won the 2A Championship.

They slow it down and pass the ball around at least 5 times without dribbling. Very Hoosier-like. Not the most exciting games for the fans, but very enjoyable for the officials (5 total fouls in the first half).

Thanks - that's not my kind of game by the way. We are doing basketball study sessions right now, and I spent significant time on transition offense last night. Had clips from UM-OK the other night, showing how well UM played in transition and how poorly they played halfcourt. Lesson is that if you can;'t play well in halfcourt during a game, push the tempo and try to score easy baskets before the defense gets set. And it's a lot more fun then being told where to go on offense all the time. When you transition, you get to freelance more.

I prefer to get it up court and do something good quickly rather than play the walk it up and pass around game.
