I'm watching the Iowa v. SLU game and it appears the NIT is using the trapezoid lane and the 20' 6" three point line. Does anyone know of a press release or other official statement regarding the use of these in this tournament?

I don't think they are using the trapezoidal lane. The court has lines for the rectangualor one too. Also the normal 3 point line is on the court.

That court is lined for games being played under all of the rules codes: NFHS, NCAA Men's/Women's, FIBA, and NBA/WNBA.

Maybe Chuck can answer this question: Does the ABA (a minor league) use the FIBA trapazodial lane and three-point arc?

confusing court

The Michigan/Missouri game is using the normal lines. So I guess it was just the court. A little confusing to play on IMO.

Nebraska-Creighton used the normal lines. Must be the court. By the way, Huskers 71, Bluejays 70. Awesome game.

The floor was used by the St. Louis Swarm of the now-defunct International Basketball Legaue (IBL). The IBL was a fledgling minor league that absorbed some of the old Continental Basketball Assn. (CBA) teams when that league folded. It lasted 2-3 years, I believe. Their rules used the trapezoid lane and the international 3-point line. Of course, the court was marked for all 3 rules, but the NIT game used the college lines.
