Are we all using 3-man crews now for playoffs @ High School level

In Utah we have 2 man crew for reg. and post season, I wish they do 3 man.
Last yr we practice 3 man at a camp where we had no choice but to practice it cause there were more refs than team at this camp, they say it is good that we do because they predict that the next 3 to 5 yrs about 80% of the other states will have 3 man crew and that Utah will have to go that route too.
