Can you have a 5 second call in the backcourt or does only the ten second count apply?

Also, does T's in warm up for dunking count as a team tech or does it go to the individual player responsible?

five second closely guarded for NF and NCAA mens
front court only. NCAA womens back or front court holding only.

Dunking or grasping basket during warmups:
T to player and indirect to coach (NF)
