Hey Rut you are right I have no tolerance for it and I don't feel it makes myself or any other offical out to be a bad guy. What it has to deal with is respect!!!!!!!!! When I line players up for a free throw I say gentleman or ladies 1 and 1 or 2 shots etc. In my captains meeting I tell them no foul language of any type, now do I alow the damn or the o s--t when they miss a layup sure but I will remind them next time we line up. There should never be a time the f word is acceptable and if you get a reputation for zero tolerance the kids will be the first ones to remember that you sat one of their mates down and you won't have a problem.
