How close should travelling be called when A1, with the ball, reconsiders jumping for a shot, after lifting his heels, but one or more sets of toes never leaves the floor?

...Ask yourself if the pivot foot left the floor and returned to the floor.

Toes are part of the foot - as long as the pivot foot never left the floor - no travel.
