Ran a game last night with a 15 year guy.

I was AMAZED at the dressing out he went through. Thought he was preparing for a space walk.

Latex Gloves on to Balm the knees. Foot powers in socks and shoes. Deoderant under arms and privates. Lotion on arms. Strapped on a knee brace with some other liquid underneith it. Mouthwash, Moussed hair, brushed teeth, shined shoes. Popped two Dentynes (sp)in the mouth, tucked and primped for 20 min's more. What a pre-game!

That wasn't all but you get the idea.

What did I miss in referee beauty school?

Some of us just have to work harder to look good ;)

This sounds like he is preparing for a 7th grade boys B team game. Varsity requires more:)

When I was young, good looking, and single, if I had a women's college game where the coach was a good looking single I always used mouthwash in the dressing room before the game. Now if I know that either of the coaches in the game I am going to officiate is the type that likes to get up close and personal, I make sure that I stop on the way to the game and have a cheeseburger covered in raw onions on the way to the game.
