Is there a particular reason he doesn't want to join the Evergreen Association in Vancouver?

See my separate e-mail. He should also try to get ahold of Dave Slorey of the Evergreen Association. They have an excellent training program, and assign games throughout the year, where PBOA only does the basketball season proper. There would be some other folks to contact about rec stuff == I'm not sure of those numbers. he can look up the Hoop in Vancouver, and call and ask who is assigning their games.
