While most of the stuff available is just ok, more like a pair of shorts(McDavid, etc), does any one of a good pair (brand) that really helps with the hamstring muscles.
Thanks |
I've tried several brands and they are all just as good. For me the only thing I look for is that they are shorts. We generally keep our gyms to warm to use tights. Tried it once and took them off at halftime. Will never wear them again.

I've worn the McDavid for many years and really like them. Here's some shopping advice. Get your exact size. If you get them too big, they may be more comfortable but you lose the reason you bought them for in the first place. Also - be sure the brand you buy has a black waistband - nothing worse than the top of a white waistband sticking up above the waistband on your pants.

I have also worn the McDavid compression shorts and honestly wearing compression shorts has saved wear and tear on my legs. I agree that getting the correct size, even if they feel snug is best.

So what about the compression pants...
I hear that the pants are great aswell, but some do complain about them being too warm...any one out there use the pants and like 'em?
|
I wear compression pants even in the summer. The extra support helps keep the legs warm, reduces stress, and I think reduces injury. I am on not on the small size but always wear the pants if I wear long pants. Summer games in shorts I use the compression shorts. Used many different brands and do not see much difference.

You might want to try the brand Under Armour tights. They work great.
