coach request time out to correct AP throw-in

under NC2A mens rules, if head coach requests a timeout at the scorers' table to correct an AP arrow.
1. Is the timeout timed as a full timeout, or mini timeout?
2. If correct head coach is not charged a timeout?
3. If coach is wrong, he burns a timeout, right?
Please respond with rules reference. Thanks
