I know you guys (and gals) have discussed this before, but...

In high School, Player A1 has blood on his jersey and is instructed to go to his bench and change...let's assume the blood is not his. Does Team A have to burn a timeout to get Player A1 back in the game. Or, if Team B calls a timeout at that time (for whatever reason), can Player A1 return during Team B's timeout? Team A must call a timeout. Think of it as a price they have to pay to get A1 back in the game..
