Out of bounds or not?

As you well know, one of the 1st things to go is your memory. And, it is funny what sticks out in your memory like this play in the "funny book" or simplified and illustrated. They had the same play in there for years with B1 catching the ball with his foot on the line. A1 threw the ball out of bounds. When they changed the "interp"?, they used the same picture, but now it B that caused the ball to go out of bounds. Same picture, same play but different ruling.

Anyway, trust me on this one if you don't have the old S&I's laying around.
