best off-season camps

i'm a high school varsity official looking to move up to college-level; i.e., naia, d3, etc...

of the camps you all have been to, which ones are the best for instruction and to 'be seen'?

If you are looking to get added to a college staff the Capital Conference (D3 in PA, MD, DC) holds their camp at Lycoming University each year. Their website is http://www.cboboff.com
