Does anyone have a compression brace or support that they have successfully used on their feet while officiating? I have looked on the web but hate to start experimenting. Any ideas?

What part of your foot is sore? Lots of things can be happening and treating the wrong thing can make your problem worse. Speaking from sand and painful experience...see a podiatrist.

				a simple trick I learned

Fold a sock or dish rag in half and put it under your sore spot (heel, ball of foot, whatever) inside your shoe. That, plus turning back a few games to give me extra rest, did the trick and got me healthy.

Make sure you have good shoes, they can look good, but if they are two or three years old, they break down, and it does make a big difference. I also use spenco arch supports inside mine, and haven't had any problems since.

I had heel (plantar fasciitis) pain with my sore feet and a quick visit to my foot doctor resulted in a pair of orthotics that healed me after a four-month period of time. I suggest you take care of the problem ASAP however as I let my foot problems go too long before I acted. Good luck
