I am looking for a pair of clarino (patent leather) referee shoes. I can't find them in any catalog, but I know they are out there. Anyone know where I can find them. I checked with Honig's, Gerry Davis, and +POS.
Thanks |
Hmmmm...
Seeing you can't find them and none of the big names carry them, what's that tell you?

Here is the link to the only place that http://www.theofficialschoiceinc.com/ |
The Officials Choice Inc. Carries the Patent Leather Shoes
http://www.theofficialschoiceinc.com, or if that doesn't work, go to the IAABO site and there's a link to it of there, http://www.iaabo.org |
U might have to...
...actually gloss them. Liquid wax, etc. Several coats.
The only patent leather hoop shoe I remember seeing was on http://www.theofficialschoice.com/subcat.asp?0=206 The Officials Choice, Inc. @ http://www.theofficialschoice.com Let me know if that helps out. |
Thanks for the address.
Actually they are for a friend. I personally won't wear anything but New Balance. I was just helping him find them. I am a police officer and have been forced to wear clarino shoes and can honestly say that I will only wear them if FORCED! |
Is the Clarino that patent leather converse?
|
Hmmmm...
I never said they were illegal nor did I imply it. Lighten up Rut. I'll make sure to tell Nike, Converse and New Balance about the good business move.

And the business move is to make sure you can get it from an exclusive dealer and you can control the amount of shoes you have to produce. This is primarily an officiating shoe, not a shoe for mass production. Almost all the other shoes companies do not just sell those shoes for exclusive officiating purposes. You can buy the NB 609s and many other Nike shoes that at a regular sporting goods store. I have a pair of the NB 608s and I bought them at a Gaylan's near my house. Peace |
