This was a question on the Florida High School exam from Monday 11/3/03. I marked it as TRUE. Grades were released today as well as the answer key. Apparently, the correct answer is FALSE. I am not convinced. I may write the state as I am confident it is TRUE. (Rule 6-7)

Here is the question:

78. The ball becomes dead when A2 fouls before A1's field goal try is in flight.
