Although I'm not an official, I'm well aware that being on the floor for a legitimate fight is the second-worst situation an official can be in (the worst, of course, being overtime).

If the C had been properly positioned at the FTLE to help officiate the BC pressure, then maybe he puts a whistle on the blow by Red1 to his opponent while the throw-in was occuring.

C is hanging out near the division line while we have 8 players in/near the lane.

Looks like everyone on Red left the bench or participated. Might not be enough left to play.
