Status

Was there ever a time, when going from Out of Bounds to In Bounds, that you needed BOTH feet touching In Bounds to have In Bounds status? Or is that a Myth? There are many officials today that tell me... You need 2 feet to touch to change status :(

If there was such a rule, it was prior to 2001. That's when I started officiating.

"One foot in and no foot out" has been around since, at least, 1980-81, my first year (45 years ago).

In regard to "two feet inbonds", I keep hearing that it's some type of rule in another sport (not sure which one), possibly the source of the myth.
