I gathered intelligence that indicates that IAABO (not further specified) contacted the NFHS Editor who clarified that a division-line throw-in violation will result in a division-line throw-in for the opponents.

I can't find where IAABO disseminated that clarification. Anyone see it or know where it can be found?
