IAABO Refresher Mechanics Exam #79
Our IAABO Refresher Exam study group met last night. We could not come up with a consensus on mechanics question #62. We did not have access to an answer sheet, nor to an appropriate citation.
#79 In transition, the new Trail has primary responsibility for all backcourt violations and rulings. Is this correct? We used page 266 of the IAABO manual: Segment 4, Line Coverage, A 2, “The Trail official is … primarily responsible for all backcourt rulings. Does the word “transition” have any impact on this statement?
