Clemson v Kentucky

Clemson has the ball with about 26 seconds in the 2nd quarter and 6 seconds are left on the Shot Clock. There is a Whistle. It appears a held ball is called. The throw-in is awarded to Clemson. Kentucky commits a Kick Ball on the Throw-in. Ball is awarded to Clemson, Game clock does not change and shot clock is set to 20 seconds. Quarter ends. The 3rd quarter begins with Kentucky getting the A/P Throw-in.
For NFHS, the A/P would not change when a Kick ball occurs on a A/P Throw-in. Is this rule different for NCAA-M?
Can someone find the video or the write-up of the game?

The rule is not different.

The only thing different from your story is that NCAA-M use halves, not quarters.

The ESPN play by play doesn't indicate any stoppage of play at 0:26 mark. It shows an offensive rebound by Clemson at that time stamp.

Clemson University PDF shows an offensive rebound with a held ball at that timestamp but no kicked ball.
