Fifteen Seconds ...
We often hear the the fifteen second time interval to replace a disqualified player is not a timeout.
As such, are there any restrictions on allowing bench "players" to stand up with the head coach during the fifteen second time interval to replace a disqualified player? Citation please. I keep distracting myself with the rule that says that players may not sit down during a thirty second timeout. |

You do have to have a bench player stand up so they can check in at the table ...

Why are you distracting yourself with who's standing up during the 15 second interval? You distract yourself with a lot of things.
