Int'l Fould at Half

A1 intentionally fouls B1 to end the half. No time on clock. Team A has possession arrow. Team B shoots two FTs and halftime commences. What is the restart?

AP Arrow. No part of a penalty carries over to the next period.

Now if A1 had intentionally fouled B1 immediately after the horn to end the second period, that would be a different story.

Intentional illegal contact during a dead ball would be a technical foul, so start the third period with two free throws (no rebounders) by any eligible Team B member and then Team B's ball at division line.
