Last night 7th grade girls.

Player couldn't complete throw-in due to good defense, so coach was awarded time-out. Player got mad (<I>Ya know the way many of us did it when we were wanting to share our pain?</I>); she bounced the ball very high (16'-8").
It came down. *Whack*

Another Player got a rebound in a crowd and must've gotten bumped a little. Elbows out, she cleared them away. *Tweet* (<I>My first excessive elbow.</I>)

Player defending the post with one hand in the small of the back and the other hand grabbing a shirt, arm bars, player control elbows.

A few players out of position for rebounds charged toward the hoop with staight-armed, two-hand pushes. Only one whiplash.

Yes, we did need to use the arrow a few times.

Ah, les belle jeune femmes!
<HR>
We do need to know stuff at the younger levels. :)

Yup,you always wait until the ball comes down. You might give 'em the benefit of the doubt until then.

Did a rec league mens game many years ago. Player did the exact same thing,but as soon as he did it, he looked at me and started hollering "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry....",and went running to catch the ball on the way down. As soon as he caught it, I showed him the T sign, and said "Me too, me too, me too....". :D Explained to him later that the apology was nice, and I certainly appreciated it, but I didn't really want everyone in the gym from then on to have a free shot at throwing the ball around, as long as they said they were sorry.

When I read that, I figured Mick was 8'4" tall and the ball went up twice his height.

BTW - what's a "fiest"? ;)
