Gentleman,
I am a newly licensed high school official. I have done several Jr. high and Jr.league games over the last 3-5 years that do not require a license but was just recently able to make time to go more full time at it. Please bare with me, I am new at this, my question is. Do any of you know a good reliable source on the internet to purchase equipment, (I.E. shirts, pants, jackets)? I know of a couple of sources such as NFHS/NFOA catalog and Officials Supplies, but I thought I would ask those that are more experienced at this for some advice and opinions. In the past I have usually just picked up striped shirts & other items at local sports stores, but the quality is questionable. Thank you,

I recommend Honigs (www.honigs.com). Easy to deal with, fair prices (not always the lowest, rarely the highest).
That said, I have a small preference for +POS pants (www.pluspos.com). Both of these comapnies have starter packages. I'd look into that, if you need a jacket and shoes.

Welcome to a great fraternity. I find the service and quality of clothing to be excellent from Purchase Officials Supplies at hhtp://www.calltheobvious.com. 800-767-2233. There are others, but this one is the only one I can think of at the moment.

I agree with "Call The Obvious" store on the web. Good quality and UPS in two days.
Another one I've used is "Purchase Officials Supplies"; 1-800-767-2233. Also good is ordering from National Federation HS catalog (if you're planning on during high school level games). 1-800-776-3462. Ask for a catalog, or go to http://www.nfhs.org website. Hope this helps...
