Fan Attack/Officials' Response

The school can claim to not know the perpetrator, but fans and players know.

Just want to spread the story.

Wow!

Shame on any officials from another association that may work playoff games involving this team. It's kinda like crossing a picket line. Scabs.

The problem with officials boycotting this school's tournament games is that the officials are assigned by the FloridaHSAA.

Maybe this will motivate FHSAA to disqualify Impact Christian Academy. They could put something along the lines of "The school was disqualified from the tournament for consistently failing to uphold good sportsmanship at its home contests".

I too would refuse to work their games until that attacker is in custody and hope the DA hits the family he was sitting with with an aiding and abetting charge. Ultimately our safety is more important than any game fee and that other association filling in is saying it's ok to work in unsafe venues.

Geeze, at a minimum whoever services their home games should stipulate they're not working with any fans in the stand since they can't be guaranteed their safety.
