The Bare Necessities (The Jungle Book, 1967) …
After introductions, I've got mine down to twenty-eight words, the bare minimum required by the NFHS, and my local board. No questions, just statements.
"Coaches, please be sure that your players are properly equipped and know how to wear their uniforms properly. Coaches and captains, please demonstrate good sportsmanship. Everybody have fun." Sure, I could cut out the two pleases and the everybody have fun, getting it down to twenty-three words but that would make it too impersonal and boilerplate-like.
