Flagrant (NFHS)? Sure. Dirty? That's a bit more subjective. The offender's left hand is one thing; once the offender's right hand came through, then I can get all on board with a flagrant foul. That's a player who should be watching the remainder of the contest from the team's bench (NFHS). |
