Q-Collars ...

First local meeting last night, spent about ten minutes discussing Q-Collars. Apparently legal medical device by NFHS guidelines, so no color restrictions. In Connecticut we are told to just take coaches word that it's allowed, no need for doctor's note. Of course, check your local listings.

I never even heard of a Q-Collar before last night's meeting. Has anybody seen these in their games? In any sport?
